Tiny Tots /Summerfield International School believes along with the school community, stake holders and parents, it is very important to raise awareness among the children their safeguard and wellbeing. The school is promoting Child welfare and safe guard by empowering students through different health and safety, anti-bullying, emotional wellbeing workshops, fire drill, etc.
The school is concerned about ensuring that children are growing up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care. To facilitate this purpose the school is arranging workshops for positive parenting, grief management workshops for parent. For one to one support the school counselling service is also available.
Teachers and school staffs are playing core role in safeguarding management in school. Throughout the year training and workshops on code of conduct, incident reporting, safeguarding management , wellbeing, etc. are being arranged by the school in different phases to ensure all staff and school management are ready and well equipped.
Campus wise the school has its own safeguarding and emotional wellbeing team, where layers of designated safeguarding officers are focused and ready to deal with any incident.
All the members of Tiny Tots /Summerfield international School are committed to support the code of conduct , safeguarding and wellbeing policy of the school as it is the top priority of the recruitment hierarchy . Teacher, students, staffs and all stake holders are obligated under the policies. From the safe entrance at the school to day long activities school members keep a keen eye on ensuring a safe supportive environment so that the student can be protected from physical, verbal, emotional, sexual abuse or any environmental hazard. School has declared a very clear incident reporting system and safeguarding mechanism .
